About Lagree

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed on the Megaformer. Through slow, controlled movements and continuous resistance, you’ll challenge your entire body while building strength, endurance, stability, and control.
Lagree is designed to be low-impact while still delivering a challenging workout. Slow, controlled movements reduce the impact on your joints while continuous resistance keeps your muscles working.

Is Lagree like Pilates?

Not quite. While Lagree and Pilates share an emphasis on controlled movement and core strength, Lagree is a higher-intensity, resistance-based workout performed on the Megaformer. Expect a full-body challenge with more emphasis on muscular endurance and continuous resistance.

What are the benefits of Lagree?

Lagree can help build full-body strength, muscular endurance, core stability, balance, control, and body awareness. It’s an efficient workout designed to leave you feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished.

Studio & Amenities

Do you have a place I can change?

Yes! We have restrooms for changing and changing areas in our recovery rooms.

Do you have showers?

We don’t have public showers after Lagree, Mat Pilates, or Yoga classes. However, shower access is included with our recovery packages, so you can make recovery part of your Revive experience.

What should I bring to the recovery sessions?

Bring a towel and swimwear. Forgot your towel? No problem, we have towels available for purchase at the studio. VIP members have towels included in the recovery packages.

Can I bring a guest to my recovery sessions?

Absolutely. Because the full session is reserved under one person’s name, additional guests can be added in the app or upon arrival. If your guest is visiting for the first time, please arrive 5–10 minutes early so they have time to create an account and complete the required waiver.

Your First Class

It is my first class; what can I expect?

Whether it’s our Lagree, Mat Pilates, or Yoga class, expect to be challenged and supported. Your instructor will introduce you to the Megaformer (if you’re doing Lagree), guide you through each movement, and offer modifications throughout class. It’s completely normal to feel a little lost at first. Give yourself permission to learn, move at your own pace, and have fun.

How early should I arrive to my first class?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. This gives us time to welcome you, show you around the studio, introduce you to the Megaformer, and answer any questions before class begins.

I’m nervous; I don’t know what I’m doing! Should I just not try it?

It’s completely normal to be unfamiliar with the movements and terminology during your first class. Our instructors will guide you throughout the workout, and our small class sizes allow for personalized attention. You don’t need to know what you’re doing before you walk through the door, we’ll teach you.

Will my first class be difficult?

Lagree is challenging for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Don’t be discouraged if your first class feels tough; that’s part of the process. It doesn’t necessarily get easier; you get stronger. Consistency is where the magic happens.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all Lagree classes for safety, stability, and cleanliness. Don’t have a pair? We have them available for purchase at the studio.

What do I need to bring?

Bring yourself, water, your grip socks, and a face towel. We also have water available in the studio if you need a refill.

What if I’m running late?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early whenever possible. Once class begins, the studio door may be locked, and late entry can disrupt the class. If you’re running late, please call or text the studio. We offer a 5-minute grace period, but entry after that time cannot be guaranteed.

Memberships, Bookings & Cancellations

Why should I become a member?

Because consistency creates results. Membership makes it easier to make strength, movement, and recovery a regular part of your lifestyle. Whether you’re building strength, improving your movement, or simply making more time for yourself, Revive gives you a place to show up and feel your best.

How do I book a class?

Classes can be booked through our online booking system or our app. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as our class sizes are intentionally kept small for a more personalized experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because our classes have limited spots, we require advance notice for cancellations. Please review our current cancellation policy when booking to understand applicable late-cancellation and no-show fees.

How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, join the waitlist! If a spot becomes available, members are notified based on the timing of the cancellation and their waitlist position. Once you’re added to a class, you’re responsible for attending or canceling according to our cancellation policy.

What happens if I’m added to a class from the waitlist?

Treat a waitlisted class like a regular reservation. If you’re moved into the class, you’ll be responsible for attending or cancelling within the required cancellation window.

Can I try Revive before becoming a member?

Absolutely. We love welcoming first-time clients to the studio. Check out our current introductory offers and find the option that’s right for you.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All clients are required to complete our studio waiver before participating in classes or recovery services. You can do that online, on the app, or in-person before class.
